【料理方式】
1 準備醬油膏、沙茶、五香粉、黑醋、米酒、蒜頭、辣椒、九層塔、香螺清肉一份。 
2 小火輕炒一下蒜頭跟辣椒爆香、放入螺肉,一樣小火輕炒一下。
3 再來就是把醬油膏兩匙、沙茶兩匙、五香粉適量、黑醋一匙、米酒一匙加入
4 當全部作料都放進後,開始大火進行快炒動作,要持續翻炒,炒到水份收乾。
5 放入九層塔、迅速翻炒螺肉與九層塔兩三分鐘,讓整個味道都融入。
6 就完成一道在熱炒店裡常吃的到的生炒螺肉料理囉~
